How Does the Sync Work?
Historical Sync (First-Time Setup)
When you first connect your Shopify store, Brevo PushOwl performs a complete sync of all your historical data. The time this takes depends on the overall size of your store, including the number of customers, collections, products, and orders.

Real-Time Updates (After Historical Sync)
Once the historical sync completes, Brevo PushOwl stays in sync with your store in real-time:
Customer updates: Within seconds of changes in Shopify
New orders: Synced immediately when placed
Product changes: Updated within minutes
Collection updates: Updated within minutes
We subscribe to Shopify's webhooks, which automatically notify Brevo PushOwl whenever something changes in your store.
