Shipping Notifications allows you to give your subscribers an alert when you ship their orders.

Shipping notifications can be sent only when your customer had subscribed to push notifications before placing the order. If the customer hadn't opted in, it won't be possible to send them a shipping notification.

The shipping notification syncs with your Shopify orders dashboard and uses the same tracking link in the notification which is included in that order page. The shipping notification is sent after you mark the order fulfilled.

To enable shipping notifications and enhance customer experience:

1. Select ‘Automations’ and click on ‘Shipping Notifications’.

2. Click on the switch next to ‘Shipping Notifications’ to enable it.

3. Click on ‘Edit this Notification’ to customize it for your brand.

4. Click ‘Done’ after you edit the notification to your liking.
