Hero image will be a little blurred in push notification shown in macOS BigSur and Monterey when the hero image is expanded.
This is due to the bug in the macOS. While we can't fix this issue till it is fixed in macOS there are certain steps that we can take to reduce its effects.
Use image without text if possible
If you have to use an image with text make sure the font size of the text is large
