Upgrade/Downgrade your Brevo PushOwl Plan

Manage your Brevo PushOwl plan or even request a refund.

Brevo PushOwl has three different tiers of plans: Basic, Plus, and Power. Take a look at the pricing plans and the features that each one has to offer on our Pricing page.

The Basic plan is ideal for startups or businesses getting started with web push notifications, offering essential features at no cost. All our Email and SMS marketing features are available even in the Basic plan of Brevo PushOwl.

The Plus plan caters to growing businesses with advanced automation options like Abandoned Cart Recovery for webpush marketing with all our email and SMS features still being available. The Power Plan is tailored for high-traffic stores, featuring Browse Abandonment, Subscriber Segmentation, Flash Sale and more robust campaign customisation tools to support large-scale outreach.

View your current plan:

Plan changes in Brevo PushOwl are tied to the Shopify admin account of your store. Only the Shopify admin has the authority to select or modify plans if the billing method selected is Shopify. This ensures that all changes are approved by the account owner and comply with Shopify's billing policies.

Please Note - if SMS credits are selected from the pricing page of Brevo PushOwl, the billing method will automatically fallback to Stripe billing instead of Shopify billing.

Alternatively, you can access the PushOwl dashboard directly through your Shopify admin panel by navigating to the Apps section and clicking on PushOwl to be logged in automatically.

If you need additional web push credits, upgrade to a plan tier that includes those credits. This also grants access to features like Browse Abandonment automation and Smart Delivery if you move to the Power plan, ensuring you maximize the potential of your Brevo PushOwl plan.

Please note that PushOwl support cannot make changes to your plan on your behalf. All plan modifications must be initiated and approved directly by the Shopify admin through the Shopify/PushOwl pricing flow (in case no SMS credits are selected).

Additionally, temporary upgrades allow you to adjust your subscription plan to meet specific business needs, such as during high-traffic seasons, with prorated billing ensuring you only pay for the days you use the upgraded features.

Downgrade your current plan to the Basic plan:

Only the Shopify admin has the authority to downgrade plans. Ensure you are logged in with the admin account before proceeding.

1. Click on the 'Pricing' button on the Navigation Bar of your Brevo PushOwl dashboard

2. Choose the "Basic Plan" to downgrade to a Free plan to avoid being charged in the future.

Upgrade your current plan:

Only the Shopify admin has the authority to upgrade plans. Ensure you are logged in with the admin account before proceeding.

1. Click on the 'Pricing' button on the Navigation Bar of your Brevo PushOwl dashboard

2. You will be shown the different PushOwl plans. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.

3. You’ll be redirected to your Shopify Admin dashboard. Approve the new charges, and your PushOwl plan will be updated accordingly.

Brevo PushOwl has a 14-day trial/money back guarantee. If you’re eligible for a refund, reach out to us at support@pushowl.com or through the in-app support.
