Depending on the device there might be multiple reasons for notifications not getting delivered. Here's a troubleshooting guide.

  • Did you delete your browser history? If yes, browsers disable push notifications for all websites, and invalidate the subscriber. Unfortunately, this event is not sent to a push notification delivery system like PushOwl.
    Solution: The solution to this is just revisiting your website. By default PushOwl automatically re-syncs subscriber on every new browser session.

  • Notifications not getting received on a Windows Device. Kindly double check if notifications on your Windows device is enabled.

    Go to Settings > Notifications & actions. And ensure your settings are like this.
