Depending on the device there might be multiple reasons for notifications not getting delivered. Here's a troubleshooting guide.
- Did you delete your browser history? If yes, browsers disable push notifications for all websites, and invalidate the subscriber. Unfortunately, this event is not sent to a push notification delivery system like PushOwl.
Solution: The solution to this is just revisiting your website. By default PushOwl automatically re-syncs subscriber on every new browser session.
- Notifications not getting received on a Windows Device. Kindly double check if notifications on your Windows device is enabled.
Go to Settings > Notifications & actions. And ensure your settings are like this.
- Double check if you are getting notifications from other websites like https://playground.pushowl.com. If you are not getting notifications from third party websites then, it points that there is an issue on your device. Our support can try to help you in that case.
