Here's an example of how notifications will look with a hero image.

Windows, Android, and Mac support hero images. You can only upload image formats of PNG, JPG, or webP. Formats like GIF are not supported by the browsers.

Note: Recommended dimensions for hero images:

Windows: 728px (Width) x 360px (Height)
Android: 720px (Width) x 240px (Height)
Mac: 704px (Width) x 512px (Height)

On the Create Campaign page, you have the option to upload images of different dimensions for Windows, Android, and Mac:

1. Click on the 'New Campaign' button.

2. Once you've filled the 'Campaign Details' page, continue to the 'Create Notification' page.

3. Click on the 'Upload Image' button under Desktop Hero Images and upload a hero image of the recommended dimensions.

4. Click on the 'Upload Image' button under Mobile Hero Images and upload a hero image of the recommended dimensions.

Note: In the absence of a user provided image, the Desktop Hero Image will be applied here, if one has been uploaded.

5. Click on the 'Upload Image' button under Mac OS Hero Images and upload a hero image of the recommended dimensions.

Note : In the absence of a user provided image, the logo image uploaded in the campaign editor will be used in place. Note that Mac OS can only accept a single image (unlike Windows and Android). This image is shown in both the logo slot and the hero image slot of the notification as can be viewed in the preview.
