View your current plan:

Open a dropdown by clicking on your username in the top right corner, to find out your current plan.

Upgrade / downgrade your current plan:

1. Click on your username to open a dropdown.

2. Click on ‘Upgrade’ for more options.

3. Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.

4. You’ll be redirected to your Shopify Admin dashboard. Approve the new charges and your PushOwl plan will be updated accordingly.

For refunds:
