Custom prompt is a two step process which allows you to give your store visitors more context with a customisable opt-in dialog.
This feature was previously only available in English. However, we've been listening to your feedback and are thrilled to now offer this feature in multiple languages.
With our all new Multilingual Opt-in feature, you can now show the custom prompt opt-in based on the language of your store visitors!
How do you enable the Multilingual Opt-in?
Enabling this feature is a simple process and you can add the language of your choice and customise the opt-in prompt in just a few clicks.
Go to the Opt-ins tab on the left menu bar on the app dashboard
Select Custom Prompt
Select the dropdown Default → Click on Manage Languages
Select the language of your choice which will appear on the right side under Added Languages → Click on Save Changes (For example: Spanish in this case). You can add multiple languages based on the countries that you cater to. You just have to follow the same steps with the languages you want to add.
Fill out the Title, Description, Allow and Later buttons in Spanish and click on Save Changes
And there you are! Now your Spanish store visitors will see the opt-in prompt in Spanish!
How does the prompt appear if you have a multilingual store?
Lets say you have a store which caters to Portuguese as well as French customers. It's essential to communicate with them in their respective languages to improve their overall shopping experience. Lets see how we can do that.
You can follow the same steps as above to add both the languages one after the another to the Added Languages section. We will start with Portuguese language first -
Portuguese Language
Select the Portuguese language → Click on Save changes to add it to the Added Languages tab on the right
Fill out the Title, Description, Allow and Later buttons in Portuguese and click on Save Changes
French Language
Now, for the French language repeat the same steps to add it along with Portuguese -
Select the French language → Click on Save changes to add it to the Added Languages on the right.
Fill out the Title, Description, Allow and Later buttons in French as well and click on Save Changes
And that’s it! Now the store visitors who have set their browser language as Portuguese will see the custom prompt in Portuguese language and the store visitors who have set their browser language as French will see the custom prompt in French language!
If you have visitors who speak other languages than the ones you have specified, they will see the custom prompt in the default language (English)

Currently, we support the following languages: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, German, Croatian, Czech and Chinese.
