With the new AI Assist, merchants can create campaigns and automation within seconds!

This feature is designed to provide two main benefits, which are:

  • Autocomplete

  • Improve Writing


Autocomplete 💬

With the help of the cues given by merchants, the AI Assist feature completes the sentence for you. This helps you save time and effort in developing new sentences every time.

How does it work while creating a campaign?

  1. Click on “New Campaign”

  2. Go to the Create Campaign page (For any campaign type - “Send Now” or “Schedule” or “Flash Sale”)

  3. Start typing out either your campaign title under the title field or your campaign message under the message field, and you will notice a suggestion popup to complete your sentence.

  4. If you choose to add the suggestion to your campaign title or message, hit Tab ➡️, and it will autocomplete your sentence for you 😃

How does it work while customising an automation?

  1. Go to the Automation page → Click on any automation card (Examples: Welcome notification or Abandon Cart recovery) →

  2. Hit the “Edit” button for any of the reminders, and you will land on the editor page. Each reminder will have to be customised individually

  3. Once you start typing out your title or message, you will notice a suggestion popup to complete your sentences.

  4. If you choose to add the suggestion to your title or message, hit Tab ➡️, and it will autocomplete your sentence for you 😃


Improve Writing ✒️

The AI Assist feature gives an improved version of the entered text. Merchants can improve the quality of their writing and ensure that their messages are clear and concise.

How does it work while creating a campaign?

  1. Go to the Campaigns page → Click on “New campaign” → Select either “Send Now” or “Scheduled” or “Flash sale” → you will land on the Create campaign page.

  2. Type out your initial version of the title and message for your notification (this serves as the context for the AI)

  3. Now that you have your draft title and message ready and say you want to make it better or take it up by a notch - we have the improve writing feature just for that :)

  4. Click the Icon “ ✨“ on your text box → Click “Improve Writing.”

  5. A dialogue box will open up with a suggestion.

  6. You can “Refresh Suggestion” to get a better option.

  7. Once you like the suggestion, click on “Replace” and it will change your initial version with this suggestion - Voila, you have improved your campaign ; )

How does it work while customising an automation?

  1. Go to the automation page → Click on any of the automation cards → Hit “edit” on any of the reminder cards → You will land on the editor page. Each reminder will have to be customised individually

  2. Now, you want a improve the existing title and message of your reminder

  3. You can do so by clicking on the Icon “✨“ from your text box → Click “Improve Writing.

  4. A dialogue box will open up with a suggestion.

  5. You can “Refresh Suggestion” to get a better option.

  6. Once you get your desired suggestion, click “Replace” - Your automation is now up to date!


The AI Assist is an excellent tool in your arsenal that can help you eliminate writer's block and quickly get your campaign or automation out there.

This feature saves time and effort and ensures that the campaigns are created and automated efficiently. 🔥
