We currently don't have Google AMP support.

Also, if you have PushOwl installed on your store and are using third-party apps to generate AMP version of your store pages, these apps would most certainly remove scripts installed by other apps, on AMP version of your pages. Hence, the PushOwl script won't also load on your AMP pages and won't fetch you subscribers.
